Joyful Returns and Refunds

At Mimosa Leviosa, we believe in the magic of our products and want to ensure that every piece of glassware and giftset brings joy and enchantment to your celebrations. If for any reason, your purchase doesn’t make your heart sparkle, we welcome returns of items in their original, untouched, unused glory and packaging, bought directly from our website, within a magical 30-day period from the day you receive your item.

For items adopted from other magical vendors, please get in touch with them directly to initiate a return.

 

We are here to assist with any items that may have lost their sparkle during their journey to you, and we value your thoughts and feedback on our products.

To start your return, send a message to our magical support team at cheers@mimosaleviosa.com. Please allow us a day (Monday to Friday) to get back to you with a sprinkle of magic. Remember, the return shipping fees for approved returns in their original state and packaging will be your responsibility, and don’t forget to include the original packing slip – it’s the magic key to processing your refund! If you have any questions or need assistance, our customer service team is here to help.

Once we receive your item back in our realm, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Do note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Gift cards from Mimosa Leviosa can be used for online purchases, never expire or lose their value, and are final sale. They are also not affected by our usual discounts and promotions, unless stated otherwise.

Initiating a Return

To start your return journey, simply email us at cheers@mimosaleviosa.com. We promise to get back to you within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.

When Will the Magic Happen? (Refund Time)

Once we have your item back in our magical realm and ensure it’s in its original splendor, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be deposited.

What if an item arrives broken?

In the unlikely event that an item of glassware arrives to you cracked or broken, we ask that you advise us within 24 hours of receipt via email (cheers@mimosaleviosa.com) along with a photo of the broken item. It is also possible that we will need to send you a simple insurance form to fill out, but we will ensure that the process is easy and quick. Please note that we will gladly resend -at no cost to you- any item that is damaged upon receipt, but only if we are informed within 48 hours of your receipt of such damaged item. Unfortunately, after 48 hours, we cannot accept responsibility for replacing any items. 

Shipping Your Enchantment

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to prepare and pack your order with care and an additional 1-7 business days for the shipping, depending on the magical option you choose at checkout: 

  • Next Day Enchantment: 1 business day

  • Two-Day Sparkle: 2 business days

  • Three-Day Magic: 3 business days

  • Ground Bliss (Continental US): 5 to 7 business days

  • Ground Joy (HI & AK): 7 to 14 business days

Free shipping (on orders above $80 in the continental USA) will only apply to orders sent via Ground Bliss (USPS Ground or similar). Some orders might fly to you faster or take a leisurely pace, depending on how close you are to our Florida realm of wonders.

For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico...or almost anywhere else in the world where we are legally allowed to ship, please contact us and we will be happy to quote you first.
